Refund policy
Returns & Change of Mind:
Please contact us before placing an order if you have any questions or if you are unsure about the product as refunds are normally not provided.
For small orders, Profilea may, at their sole discretion, provide a refund on the return of the Products within 7 days where the Product packaging is unopened and remains in a saleable condition.
Please contact us as soon as possible, if you have any concerns about your order.
Consumer Guarantees:
Profilea products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of the Product. You are also entitled to have the Products repaired or replaced if the Products fail to be of acceptable quality.

Voluntary Warranty:
In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Act, Profilea offers a voluntary warranty and covers all manufacturing defects. All furniture hardware are covered by a two (2) year warranty from date of purchase and all accessories are covered by a one (1) year warranty from date of purchase.
The Warranty does not apply to any ex-display items or sale items.
The warranty excludes products which has been damaged or defaced, which has been subjected to misuse, abnormal service or handling, or which has been altered or modified in design or construction.
